Wij zijn op zoek naar een Medewerker Compliance en Kwaliteit voor onze B2C-organisatie die graag een sleutelrol speelt in het waarborgen van kwaliteit en naleving. Over de functie Als Medewerker Compliance & Kwaliteit maak je deel uit van het team Compliance & Kwaliteit, waarin je nauw samenwerkt met kwaliteitsadviseurs, de bedrijfsjurist en de Manager Compliance & Kwaliteit. Vanuit jouw expertise draag je bij aan een organisatie waarin kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van wet- en regelgeving centraal staan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, actualiseren en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (Omnia & ), kwaliteitshandboeken en bijbehorende documentatie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van registraties en documenten, houdt mailboxen en acties overzichtelijk bij en zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden tijdig worden opgepakt en opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze blijven processen, documentatie en kwaliteitsinformatie actueel en betrouwbaar. Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met vragen over onze kwaliteits- en managementsystemen. Je vertaalt signalen en vragen uit de organisatie naar concrete acties en ondersteunt het team bij de uitvoering en opvolging hiervan. Je organiseert en ondersteunt interne audits, voert steekproeven en kwaliteitscontroles uit en legt bevindingen zorgvuldig vast. Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, zoals ISO-normen, en levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de voorbereiding en begeleiding van certificeringen en externe audits.
