Onze klant is een Belgisch internationaal familiebedrijf met hoofdzetel in de regio 2030 Antwerpen, rechteroever. Ze zijn een toonaangevende speler in de distributie van technische producten via hun eigen transportnetwerk, ondersteund door moderne systemen en een sterk e-commerceplatform.

Omdat er dagelijks enorm veel containers binnenkomen en vertrekken, zoeken ze versterking voor het team. In de functie van Medewerker Containerplanning zorg jij simpelweg dat de chauffeurs de juiste containers laden of lossen, stem je af met de kaaien en verwerk je de transportgegevens in de computer.

Takenpakket

  • Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse containerstroom en neem je de volledige administratieve afhandeling voor jouw rekening.
  • Je stuurt de dokchauffeurs rechtstreeks aan, zodat de aan- en afvoer van de containers op het terrein vloeiend verloopt.
  • Het dagelijkse containeroverzicht houd je nauwkeurig up-to-date en je maakt zelfstandig de nodige afspraken op de kaaien.
  • Je brengt de logistieke noden op korte termijn in kaart door continu te overleggen met de nationale dispatchafdeling en de laad- en losploegen.
  • Het tijdig toewijzen van volle en lege containers behoort tot jouw vaste takenpakket, inclusief de verwerking hiervan in het WMS-systeem.
  • Je ontvangt klanten en transporteurs een à twee keer per week aan het loket en helpt hen vlot verder met hun afhalingen.
  • De administratieve controle en facturatie van afhalingen voer je correct uit in het interne ERP-systeem, waarbij je nauw contact houdt met de magazijniers.

Profiel

  • Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en kan een woordje Engels en/of Frans.
  • Ervaring met computersystemen zoals Excel, e-mail en ERP-pakketten zorgt ervoor dat je snel ingewerkt bent.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met containerlogistiek.
