Dignitas Medewerker Contractbeheer - De Bilt, Utrecht Wij zoeken een Medewerker contractbeheer De Bilt Salaris: €3.200 - €3.800 (o.b.v. 40 uur) Arbeidsduur: 12-16 uur per week (parttime, uitzicht op vast dienstverband) Over Dignitas Dignitas is een detacherings- en consultancybureau in De Bilt. Wij plaatsen professionals op het gebied van IT en informatiebeveiliging bij organisaties door heel Nederland. J e komt terecht in een klein en gezellig kantoorteam , de lijnen zijn kort en je ziet direct wat je werk oplevert. Wat is dit voor functie? Op dit moment doet onze office manager het contractbeheer erbij. Omdat we een mooie groei doormaken, zijn deze werkzaamheden te groot geworden naast haar andere verantwoordelijkheden. Daarom zoeken we iemand die deze werkzaamheden van haar overneemt. Als Medewerker Contractbeheer zorg je dat alles rond de plaatsing van onze professionals administratief klopt: overeenkomsten, verlengingen, termijnen en gegevens. Je werkt nauw samen met de recruiters en de backoffice en hebt regelmatig contact met professionals en klanten over praktische zaken. Wat ga je doen? - Plaatsingen administratief voorbereiden en afhandelen. - Overeenkomsten opstellen, controleren en klaarzetten voor digitale ondertekening via Adobe Sign. - Contracttermijnen bewaken en op tijd signaleren welke opdrachten aflopen. - Verlengingen nabellen bij klanten en professionals en administratief verwerken. - Kandidaat-, klant-, contract- en opdrachtgegevens actueel houden in onze systemen. - Openstaande acties bewaken en zorgen dat documenten op tijd binnen zijn. - Evaluaties versturen tijdens en na afloop van een opdracht en opvolgen wat eruit komt. - Recruiters ondersteunen bij de administratieve kant van hun plaatsingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: Contracten zijn op tijd rond, gegevens kloppen en geen verlenging wordt over het hoofd gezien.
