Welkom bij ista. Bij ista Nederland draait alles om een juiste en uitlegbare afrekening. Die afrekening begint niet bij de factuur, maar bij de afspraak met de klant. Elke overeenkomst bevat afspraken over meetpunten, verdeelsleutels, tarieven en indexering. Iemand moet die afspraken vertalen naar een werkende inrichting in onze systemen. Dat is jouw rol. Als Medewerker Contractsupport ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van klantafspraken naar een praktisch afrekenontwerp. Je zorgt dat de kostenverdeling gebeurt zoals die met de klant is overeengekomen, en dat de inrichting klopt, volledig is en actueel blijft. Je haalt complexe overeenkomsten uit elkaar en zet ze om in een heldere technische en financiële structuur. Dit is werk waarin details bepalend zijn. Een verkeerd vastgelegde verdeelsleutel of een gemiste indexeringsclausule werkt door in honderden afrekeningen en komt pas maanden later aan het licht. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, zijn eigen werk controleert en het niet lastig vindt om aan de bel te trekken zodra een afspraak onduidelijk, tegenstrijdig of niet uitvoerbaar is.
