Functieomschrijving Als medewerker control room neem je vanuit de control room intercom-oproepen aan. In deze functie ben je dus verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van klantvragen en los je eventuele problemen op, zowel in het Nederlands,Duits, Engels en Frans. Je draagt zorg voor een goede registratie van de oproepen. Tijdig signaleren van complexe en structurele problemen en afstemmen met een Back office medewerker. Je neemt deel aan het maandelijks werkoverleg. Functie-eisen Werkervaring in een functie met veel (telefonisch) klantcontact is een pre! Je beschikt over een 24/7 flexibele inzetbaarheid. Minimaal ben je voor 16 uur per week inzetbaar en ook kun je 2 nachtdiensten per maand werken ( 23.00uur tot 07.00 uur). MBO- werk en denkniveau. Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse, Duitse en/of Franse taal. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Accuraat en stressbestendig. Je beschikt over een klant- en servicegerichte instelling en hebt een prettige en duidelijke telefoonstem. Gevraagd opleidingsniveau: minimaal MBO.
