Je voert het beleid rondom crediteurenbeheer uit en optimaliseert processen voor een soepele werking van het betalingsverkeer. Met jouw bijdrage aan de inrichting en implementatie van systemen maak je het verschil binnen de organisatie! Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Medewerker Crediteuren voor onze opdrachtgever in Eindhoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor het registreren en verwerken van financiële gegevens. Je voert het beleid rondom crediteurenbeheer uit en zorgt ervoor dat het grootboek volledig en juist blijft. Daarnaast ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het betalingsverkeer van verschillende entiteiten van de organisatie en zorg je voor een efficiënt procesbeheer. Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie en kijkt waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn vanuit jouw expertise als Medewerker Crediteuren. Door systemen goed in te richten en samen met de applicatiebeheerder te implementeren, maak je de werking van de financiële processen nog effectiever. Daarnaast maak je interne rapportages over bijvoorbeeld de workload en de voortgang van lopende projecten. Als sparringpartner voor de teammanager denk je proactief mee over nieuwe verbeteringen en draag je bij aan de groei van de organisatie.
