Je pakt het crediteurenproces zelfstandig op, van binnenkomst van facturen tot voorbereiding van de betaling, en zorgt dat openstaande acties tijdig worden opgevolgd. 24-40 uur per week | Start z.s.m. | 3 maanden | Regio Tiel | Volledig op locatie | AFAS | €50,- per uur De rol Als Interim Medewerker Crediteuren ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse crediteurenproces. Je verwerkt inkomende facturen, controleert en codeert deze en zorgt ervoor dat facturen op de juiste manier in de administratie worden verwerkt. Daarnaast bewaak je de goedkeuringsstromen en onderneem je zelfstandig actie wanneer facturen niet of niet tijdig worden geaccordeerd. Je hebt hierover regelmatig contact met interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat ontbrekende informatie wordt aangevuld en afwijkingen worden uitgezocht. Je ondersteunt bij het voorbereiden van betaalruns, controleert betaalgegevens en zorgt ervoor dat de crediteurenadministratie volledig en actueel blijft. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden kijk je kritisch naar bestaande administratieve processen en denk je mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.
