Medewerker Crediteurenadministratie & Leverancierssupport Beschrijving Als Medewerker CFD Support ben je het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en BU's. Je verwerkt facturen, beheert vragen en aanmaningen en ondersteunt een efficiënte P2P-keten. Wat ga je doen Als Medewerker Crediteurenadministratie & Leverancierssupport ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en interne collega's bij vragen over facturen, betalingen en administratieve processen. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat vragen snel en correct worden beantwoord en dat processen soepel blijven verlopen. Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoongesprekken, registreert terugbelverzoeken en zorgt ervoor dat deze binnen de afgesproken termijn worden opgepakt. Urgente vragen weet je snel te herkennen, waarna je deze waar nodig escaleert naar de juiste collega of afdeling. Naast telefonisch contact ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de centrale mailbox. Hierin behandel je dagelijks herinneringen, aanmaningen en andere inkomende verzoeken. Je stelt prioriteiten op basis van urgentie en zorgt ervoor dat alle acties zorgvuldig worden geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het administratieve proces rondom factuurverwerking. Je verwerkt facturen en bijbehorende documenten, controleert gegevens op juistheid en voert waar nodig correcties door. Zo draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte financiële administratie. Daarnaast houd je overzicht over openstaande verzoeken en werkvoorraden. Je bewaakt de afgesproken doorlooptijden, monitort de voortgang van terugbelverzoeken en ondersteunt bij het rapporteren van resultaten en KPI's. Met jouw gestructureerde werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat leveranciers en collega's kunnen rekenen op een professionele en tijdige dienstverlening.
