Medewerker Customer Care Almere 36-40 uur Overig Ben jij net klaar met je hbo-opleiding en wil je ontdekken hoe een order vanuit Almere uiteindelijk bij een klant aan de andere kant van de wereld belandt? Als Medewerker Customer Care zit je daar vanaf dag één middenin. Je leert alles over internationale klanten, export en logistiek en krijgt de begeleiding om daarin steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Een mooie start van je carrière bij een internationaal familiebedrijf dat volop in beweging is. Wat ga je doen? Een klant plaatst een order voor melkpoeder. Vanaf dat moment kom jij in actie. Je controleert de bestelling, stemt af met planning en organiseert samen met collega's het transport. Ondertussen houd je contact met klanten en logistieke partners. Zo leer je stap voor stap het volledige exportproces kennen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Verwerken en controleren van internationale exportorders; • Afstemmen over beschikbaarheid en transport; • Organiseren van transport naar internationale klanten; • Opstellen en controleren van exportdocumenten; • Contact onderhouden met klanten en partners; • Bewaken van orders tot aan levering.
