Wat ga je doen als Customer Care Medewerker? Als Customer Care Medewerker word je onderdeel van een gezellig en informeel team op onze Customer Care afdeling in Den Bosch. Onze Customer Care afdeling is doordeweeks van 8:00 tot 17:00 bereikbaar voor onze klanten, in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen ben je altijd vrij. Met het Customer Care team zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het te woord staan van onze Nederlandse zakelijke klanten, zowel telefonisch als per mail. Daarnaast verwerk je de gesprekken met onze zakelijke klanten in onze ERP-systemen. Voor deze rol zoeken we een collega die onze landelijke klanten wil beheren. Hieronder zijn de werkzaamheden omschreven: - Veelal telefonisch en per mail contact met de klant aangaande vragen, wijzigingen of eventueel klachten; - Je zorgt voor een correcte facturatie richting de klant; - Controle, beheer en administratieve verwerking van klantencases; - Je bent de schakel tussen de verschillende afdelingen en zorgt hierbij voor een vlotte interne communicatie zodat de klant op een correcte manier wordt geholpen, hierbij werk je o.a. samen met onze Sales en Serviceafdeling; - Als team zorgen jullie voor een uitstekende klantbeleving voor onze hygiëne klanten; - Je zorgt voor een hoge klanttevredenheid.
