Als Medewerker Customer Care in Almere leer je stap voor stap hoe onze klantprocessen werken. Met een buddy, regelmatige feedback en een duidelijk groeipad weet je waar je aan toe bent. Wat ga je doen? Van order tot levering: jij helpt klanten en zorgt dat afspraken goed worden opgevolgd. Je werkt samen met collega's uit onder andere logistiek, planning en commercie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders; • Beantwoorden van internationale klantvragen; • Bewaken van afspraken en leveringen; • Oplossen van logistieke vraagstukken; • Schakelen met verschillende interne afdelingen; • Meedenken over betere klantprocessen. Jouw groeipad binnen Royal A-ware Bij Royal A-ware investeren we actief in jouw ontwikkeling. Jij krijgt begeleiding van een buddy, regelmatige feedbackmomenten en een duidelijk groeipad in jouw eerste jaar. Fase 1 | Oriëntatie & kennismaking (maand 1-2) Je maakt kennis met Royal A-ware, onze klanten en de volledige keten van productie tot levering. Jij leert de basis van Customer Care, werkt mee met collega's en ontdekt hoe exportprocessen en systemen werken. Fase 2 | Verdieping & participatie (maand 3-5) Je verwerkt zelfstandig standaard orders en leert hoe contractafspraken, logistiek en klantcommunicatie samenkomen. Ook ontwikkel je vaardigheden zoals prioriteiten stellen, nauwkeurig werken en professioneel communiceren.
