Voor diverse opdrachtgevers in Limburg zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Customer Service . Denk aan organisaties binnen logistiek, techniek, productie, zakelijke dienstverlening, bouwgerelateerde dienstverlening of andere servicegerichte bedrijven. Als Medewerker Customer Service ben jij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat vragen goed worden opgepakt, informatie klopt en afspraken worden nagekomen. De klant belt of mailt niet zomaar. Die wil duidelijkheid, hulp of een oplossing. En precies daar maak jij het verschil. Of je nu al ervaring hebt op een klantenservice, commerciële binnendienst, administratie, receptie, planning of orderverwerking: wij denken graag met je mee over een passende volgende stap.
