The posting

Als medewerker customer service ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten uit de farmaceutische sector, ziekenhuizen en laboratoria. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij snel en vriendelijk worden geholpen met vragen, bestellingen en eventuele klachten. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om een soepele dienstverlening te garanderen. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met het doornemen van binnengekomen e-mails en telefoontjes. Je verwerkt bestellingen, beantwoordt klantvragen en schakelt met collega’s van logistiek, verkoop en inkoop. Tijdens de dag los je klantproblemen op en houd je de klantgegevens up-to-date in de systemen. Regelmatig overleg je met het team om de service verder te verbeteren. - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail

- Oplossen van klachten en geven van advies aan klanten

- Verwerken van orders en bijhouden van klantgegevens

- Samenwerken met logistiek, verkoop en inkoop

- Ondersteunen bij inkoop en back-up voor collega’s bij afwezigheid

- Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden in processen

- Administratieve taken rondom klantcontact

- mbo of hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in microbiologie, biologie of chemie

- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pre

- Enthousiasme en leergierigheid

- Probleemoplossend vermogen en klantgerichte instelling

- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels

- Digitale vaardigheden; ervaring met SAP en/of CRM is een plus

- Nauwkeurig kunnen werken en administratief sterk
