The posting

De functie bestaat erin om voor een deel van de klantenportefeuille:

  • De sales manager te ondersteunen door het aanleveren van de nodige informatie voor zijn klantenbezoeken (omzetgegevens, prijzen,…); deze gegevens zijn vlot beschikbaar via het SAP systeem;
  • Het aanmaken, coördineren en opvolgen van de offertes aan de klanten in samenspraak met de salesmanager (prijzen, stalenmateriaal, folders, leveringsvoorwaarden,…);
  • Orderintake (inbrengen in het SAP systeem), up to date houden van de klantenfiches, controle van de stockposities, orderbevestiging aan de klant;
  • Het opvolgen van de leveringstermijnen;
  • Het checken van de openstaande vorderingen;
  • Het geven van instructies aan de dienst verzendingen voor transport;
  • Alle communicatie met de klant over zijn orders, eventuele klachten en vragen.

U volgt dus een klantenportefeuille van A tot Z, maar bent ook back-up voor uw collega’s ingeval die afwezig zijn.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring;
  • Je bent zeer vlot zowel in gesproken als geschreven Nederlands en Frans;
  • Ervaring met SAP is een troef;
  • Je getuigt van een dynamische, klantgerichte en proactieve ingesteldheid;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en contactvaardig, zowel geschreven als per telefoon;
  • Je bent een teamplayer die zich flexibel opstelt;
  • Je kan snel en nauwkeurig werken.
