Wat ga je doen:Ben jij servicegericht, communicatief sterk en help je graag mensen? Als medewerker Customer Service Homecare ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten die gebruikmaken van vernevel en PEP therapie. Je beantwoordt vragen, verwerkt aanvragen en zorgt ervoor dat cliënten snel de juiste ondersteuning krijgen. Je begint de dag samen met je collega's en bespreekt de bijzonderheden. Daarna beantwoord je vragen van cliënten, voorschrijvers en verpleegkundigen. Dit doe je telefonisch en via verschillende communicatiekanalen. Je geeft duidelijke informatie over vernevel en PEP therapie en helpt bij vragen over het gebruik en onderhoud van de apparatuur. Daarnaast verwerk je nieuwe aanvragen en bestellingen, leg je cliëntdossiers aan en plan je afspraken in. Ook handel je klachten en storingsmeldingen af en ondersteun je servicemedewerkers en verpleegkundigen waar nodig. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Vragen beantwoorden over vernevel en PEP therapie - Aanvragen, bestellingen en cliëntdossiers verwerken - Klachten en storingsmeldingen afhandelen en uitleg geven over de apparatuur - Afspraken inplannen en servicemedewerkers en verpleegkundigen ondersteunen
