Als Medewerker Customer Service & Logistiek neem je de regie over het complete logistieke proces: van orderinvoer tot transport en klantcontact. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze unieke producten stipt, veilig en soepel hun weg vinden naar klanten over de hele wereld. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat is precies wat deze rol zo boeiend maakt. Wat ga je doen? Jouw dag is afwisselend en vol beweging. Je regelt internationale transporten over land en zee, verwerkt orders nauwkeurig in onze systemen en bent het warme aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten wereldwijd. Loop er eens een keer iets anders dan gepland? Geen probleem voor jou! Jij denkt in oplossingen, houdt klanten actief op de hoogte en schakelt direct met transporteurs en je collega's van Sales. Dankzij jouw overzicht, structuur en heldere communicatie loopt de hele keten op rolletjes.
