Medewerker Customer Service Materials 32 uur Standplaats Eindhoven Als Medewerker Customer Service Materials maak je onderdeel uit van de afdeling Customer Service Materials. In deze functie ondersteun je op het gebied van administratie, beheer en controle van diverse gegevens. Je hebt dagelijks contact met Traders van papier-, kunststof-, metaal- en biogene stromen, collega's van Sales en Operations en externe verwerkers van bedrijfsafvalstoffen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatietalent verlopen administratieve processen soepel en kunnen collega's vertrouwen op correcte en actuele gegevens. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de administratieve processen rondom materiaalstromen. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct worden verwerkt, afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd en afspraken met verwerkers goed worden vastgelegd. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Je draagt zorg voor de correcte invoer van verwerkers en dienstverlening in zowel het CRM- als ERP-systeem. - Je neemt klachten van verwerkers in behandeling en zorgt voor een structurele oplossing. - Je controleert inkoopfacturen, signaleert afwijkingen en onderneemt passende actie. - Je verzorgt de facturatie richting verwerkers. - Je verwerkt tariefsaanpassingen aan de hand van indexeringen. - Je coördineert, controleert en administ...
