De startdatum bepalen we graag samen met jou! Wat houdt de functie Medewerker Dagbesteding in?JeJe hebt als Medewerker Dagbesteding volledige aandacht voor de bewoners. Je bent oprechtbelangstellend naar hun verhaal en hebt respect voor hun wensen en vragen. Je stelt debewoner centraal en organiseert daar omheen. Je bent je bewust van de eigen regie van debewoners en stimuleert daarin de zelfredzaamheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor desamenhangende ondersteunende werkzaamheden in de algemene zin. Als de situatiedaarom vraagt ben je flexibel in je werkzaamheden en kun je snel schakelen. Naast dehuiselijkheid rondom de maaltijden ben je in staat om op zowel individueel niveau als ingroepsverband activiteiten te bedenken en uit te voeren. Waar ga je werken?AvondlichtAvondlicht bestaat uit twee locaties. Je komt te werken in het team op de locatie waarbewoners wonen met een somatische aandoening. De dagbesteding is open van 07.30 uurtot 20.30 uur. De diensten duren 6,5 uur inclusief pauze. Dit ben jij:Je bent vriendelijk en een luisterend oor naar bewoners toe;Je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met de begeleiding en het welzijn van ouderen;Je bent collegiaal, je kunt zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheden op je nemen;Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (ook in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen);Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en digitale vaardigheden;Je beschikt over kennis en richtlijnen t.a.v. hygiëne.
