Voor onze klant te Gent zoeken wij een Medewerker Dagelijks Bankieren.

Onze klant is actief binnen de bancaire sector en begeleidt zowel particuliere als professionele klanten bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken.

Voor het kantoor aan de Dampoort zoeken we iemand die graag met mensen werkt, klanten correct verder helpt en interesse heeft in de financiële wereld.

Je bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die het kantoor binnenstappen. Je helpt hen met hun dagelijkse bankverrichtingen, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat ze bij de juiste collega terechtkomen wanneer er meer gespecialiseerd advies nodig is.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontvangt klanten op kantoor en helpt hen verder met hun vragen.
  • Je geeft informatie over zicht- en spaarrekeningen, deposito's, betalingsopdrachten en andere bankproducten.
  • Je staat in voor het openen en afsluiten van bankrekeningen.
  • Je verwerkt dagelijkse bankverrichtingen zoals overschrijvingen en cashtransacties.
  • Je controleert documenten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het gebruik van bancaire diensten.
  • Je herkent commerciële opportuniteiten en verwijst klanten door naar de juiste collega.
  • Je zorgt voor een verzorgd en professioneel onthaal.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om klanten correct en efficiënt verder te helpen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en helpt mensen graag verder.
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk in het Nederlands.
  • Ook als je nog geen ervaring hebt in de banksector, maar wel graag met klanten werkt en interesse hebt in financiële dienstverlening, komen we graag met je in contact.
  • Kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus. Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat verantwoordelijk om met financiële gegevens. Je bent administratief sterk en houdt ervan om zaken correct af te handelen. Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee wanneer klanten vragen of problemen hebben. Je werkt graag samen met collega's. Je hebt interesse in bankproducten en financiële dienstverlening. Ervaring binnen de bancaire sector of klantenservice is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
