Afdeling: Customer Operations Solliciteer vandaag nog op Medewerker Debiteuren Full-time Per direct Maastricht , € 2.800 - € 3.500 Hoe jij het verschil maakt Als Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer maak je onderdeel uit van Customer Operations. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een zorgvuldig debiteurenbeheer en een tijdige betaling van openstaande facturen. Je onderzoekt facturen en betalingen, beantwoordt vragen van klanten en maakt duidelijke betalingsafspraken. Deze afspraken leg je correct vast en bewaak je actief. Wanneer betaling uitblijft, zorg je ervoor dat een vordering tijdig wordt overgedragen aan het incassobureau. Je hebt veel telefonisch contact met klanten. Daarbij zoek je naar een passende oplossing en houd je rekening met zowel het klantbelang als het belang van NieuweStroom. Daarnaast volg je dagelijks de acties uit onze systemen op en denk je mee over het verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen. Dit ga je doen - Openstaande facturen en betalingen onderzoeken en opvolgen; - Klanten telefonisch en schriftelijk te woord staan; - Betalingsafspraken maken, vastleggen en bewaken; - Vorderingen waar nodig tijdig overdragen aan het incassobureau; - Dagelijkse acties uit het debiteurensysteem verwerken; - Zorgen voor een volledige en correcte administratie; - Knelpunten signaleren en meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en systemen; - Samenwerken met collega's binnen Customer Operations en andere betrokken afdelingen.
