Ben je een Debiteuren Medewerker en heb je altijd al aan de Maas willen werken? Voor een grote, internationale organisatie zoeken wij een Accounts Receivable om het team te versterken. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Boeken van bankrekeningen en verwerken van betalingen; - Opsporen en oplossen van betalingsverschillen; - Vereffenen van vooruitbetalingen en openstaande facturen; - Onderhouden van klantcontact over betalingen en facturen; - Registreren en opvolgen van retouren en disputen; - Verzorgen van aanmaningen en voorbereiden van incassotrajecten; - Opstellen van rapportages en klaarzetten van terugbetalingen; - Behandelen van nieuwe klantaanvragen en krediettermijnen; - Uitvoeren van reversed en collective billing en verwerken van OVP-verzoeken. Wat heb je nodig? Als Debiteuren Medewerker is het essentieel dat je nauwkeurig werkt en oplossingsgericht denkt. Ben jij daarnaast flexibel, betrouwbaar en kun je goed samenwerken? Dan is dit de rol voor jou! Wat breng je verder mee? - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal één jaar aantoonbare ervaring in financiële administratie; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Wat krijg je? Als Accounts Receivable kom je te werken bij een grote, internationale speler met oog voor haar medewerkers.
