Voor het Debiteurenbeheer zijn ze daarom hard op zoek naar een Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer, die graag impact wil maken. Als Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer speel je een cruciale rol in het begeleiden van klanten die te maken hebben met een betalingsachterstand, bijvoorbeeld als gevolg van financiële problemen of ingrijpende life events. Denk aan ontslag, echtscheiding, overlijden of een terugval in inkomen. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met een hypotheek of consumptief krediet. Met oog voor de menselijke maat zoek je samen met de klant naar een haalbare en duurzame oplossing voor de betalingsachterstand. Je komt terecht in het team Debiteurenbeheer, dat uit vijf collega's bestaat. Als relatief klein team werken jullie nauw samen. De collega's zijn goed op elkaar ingespeeld en tonen eigenaarschap in hun werk. De sfeer is open en behulpzaam: collega's staan altijd klaar om vragen te beantwoorden of met elkaar te sparren. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om twee dagen per week thuis te werken. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Begeleiden van klanten bij betalingsachterstanden en zoeken naar haalbare oplossingen. - Afhandelen van complexe dossiers die samenhangen met life events, zoals een overlijden of een verzoek tot ontslag uit hoofdelijke aansprakelijkheid. - Voeren van gesprekken met klanten waarin je empathie en duidelijkheid combineert. - Afwegen van klantbelangen en risico's en vastleggen van de gemaakte afspraken. - Bewaken van gemaakte betaalafspraken en tijdig inzetten van passende vervolgacties wanneer afspraken niet worden nagekomen. - Samenwerken met interne collega's en externe partijen, zoals notarissen, in...
