Bij Woodfield in Uden hebben we het administratieve deel van debiteurenbeheer grotendeels geautomatiseerd met AI. Facturen, herinneringen en overzichten lopen (bijna) vanzelf. Wat overblijft, is het werk dat een mens het beste doet: het gesprek. Daarom zoeken we een communicatief sterke collega die de schakel vormt tussen onze accountmanagers en klanten met een openstaande betaling. Woodfield is een groothandel voor de schilder en stucadoor met 12 vestigingen in Zuid-Nederland met het hoofdkantoor in Uden. Dit familiebedrijf heeft korte lijnen en 90 medewerkers. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt dat openstaande betalingen op een prettige manier worden opgelost, zonder dat de klantrelatie eronder lijdt. Het systeem signaleert, jij onderneemt actie. - Schakelen met accountmanagers. Je bespreekt achterstallige betalingen met de accountmanager van de klant. Samen bepalen jullie de aanpak: wie belt, wat speelt er bij de klant en hoe ver ga je? - Klanten nabellen. Je neemt telefonisch contact op met klanten die achterlopen. Je luistert naar de reden, blijft vriendelijk en houdt het doel scherp. - Betaalafspraken maken. Je maakt concrete afspraken over bedrag en datum, legt ze vast en bewaakt dat ze worden nagekomen. - Opvolgen en signaleren. Loopt een afspraak niet zoals gepland? Dan pak je het opnieuw op en stem je af met de accountmanager over vervolgstappen. - Overzicht bewaken. Je houdt de stand van zaken bij in de bestaande systemen, zodat iedereen weet waar een dossier staat. Wie ben jij? Je bent in de eerste plaats een communicator. Financiële kennis helpt, maar je gesprekstechniek maakt het verschil. - Je voert graag telefoongesprekken, ook als het onderwerp lastig is. - Je bent vriendelijk en tegelijk duidelijk: je kunt doorvragen en een afspraak...
