Voor een stabiele organisatie in regio Vilvoorde zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Debiteuren & Boekhouding ter versterking van de financiële dienst.

U komt terecht in een compacte organisatie met korte communicatielijnen en een financieel team waarin samenwerking en een correcte opvolging centraal staan. De functie richt zich in eerste instantie op debiteurenadministratie en de boekhoudkundige verwerking ervan, maar kan afhankelijk van uw ervaring en interesses verder worden uitgebreid.

Als Medewerker Debiteuren & Boekhouding krijgt u een gevarieerd financieel-administratief takenpakket. U staat onder andere in voor:

  • Opvolgen en beheren van de debiteurenadministratie;
  • Boekhoudkundig verwerken van debiteurenverrichtingen;
  • Opvolgen van openstaande bedragen en betalingen;
  • Controleren en afstemmen van financiële gegevens;
  • Correct verwerken en actualiseren van gegevens in de interne systemen;
  • Ondersteunen binnen de leveranciersboekhouding;
  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen;
  • Ondersteunen bij periodieke boekhoudkundige rapporteringen;
  • Voorbereiden en aanleveren van financiële gegevens;
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en correctheid van financiële data;
  • Ondersteunen bij databasebeheer en het structureren van gegevens.

Afhankelijk van uw achtergrond en interesses kan het takenpakket verder worden uitgebreid.

  • U beschikt over een boekhoudkundige of financieel-administratieve achtergrond, door opleiding en/of ervaring;
  • U heeft interesse in debiteurenbeheer en boekhouding;
  • Ervaring binnen debiteurenbeheer, facturatie of algemene boekhouding vormt een pluspunt;
  • U werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht;
  • U bent administratief en digitaal sterk;
  • U kan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor uw dossiers;
  • Tegelijk werkt u graag samen met collega's;
  • U gaat zorgvuldig om met financiële en administratieve gegevens;
  • U staat ervoor open om uw kennis verder uit te breiden binnen verschillende onderdelen van de boekhouding.
