Als Medewerker Debiteurenbeheer zorg jij ervoor dat onze debiteurenadministratie klopt tot in de puntjes." Wat ga je doen? Jij houdt van overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en weet van aanpakken. Wanneer informatie ontbreekt of betalingen uitblijven, kom jij in actie. Waar nodig ondersteun je je collega's bij andere werkzaamheden binnen de financiële administratie. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een actuele en goedlopende debiteurenadministratie. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: ➡ Het verwerken en controleren van uitgaande facturen; ➡ Het bewaken en opvolgen van openstaande posten; ➡ Het aanleveren van bestanden aan het incassobureau; ➡ Het verwerken van ontvangsten en actueel houden van de administratie; ➡ Het beantwoorden van vragen van collega's, inwoners, ondernemers en andere organisaties; ➡ Het meedenken over verbeteringen en digitalisering van het debiteurenproces. Jouw team Wij werken met ongeveer 650 medewerkers verdeeld over 35 teams in 4 domeinen voor Rijswijk. Je komt te werken in Team Financiën, een hecht team van 17 collega's. Samen zorgen jullie voor financieel beleid en advies, financial control, planning & control-producten en de volledige financiële administratie. Wie ben jij? Jij kunt je werk als Medewerker debiteurenbeheer goed én met plezier doen als je voldoet aan dit profiel: ➡ Je hebt een financiële mbo-opleiding afgerond (PD Boekhouden, Bedrijfsadministratie of vergelijkbaar); ➡ Je hebt ervaring met debiteurenbeheer of een vergelijkbare financieel-administratieve functie; ➡ Je kent financiële processen en kunt goed overweg met systemen zoals ERPx van Unit4 is een pre; ➡ Je bent digitaal vaardig en denkt graag me...
