Dit ga jij doen Als ervaren medewerker debiteurenbeheer werk je bij de gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg binnen het subteam Debiteurenbeheer van team Ondersteuning, onderdeel van de afdeling Werk, Inkomen, Jeugd en Zorg (WIJZ). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en innen van openstaande vorderingen binnen de Participatiewet. De aanleiding voor deze tijdelijke inzet is de uitval van twee vaste medewerkers debiteurenbeheer. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je dossiers, stemt dagelijks af met de kwaliteitsmedewerker en je collega's, en bespreekt complexe casussen in teamverband. Je werkt minimaal 75% van de tijd op kantoor in Leidschendam, bij voorkeur op maandag, dinsdag en donderdag. - Bewaken en beheren van openstaande vorderingen op inwoners zonder lopende uitkering bij de gemeente; - Opstellen van maatwerk betalingsregelingen, afgestemd op de situatie van de inwoner; - Proactief stimuleren en motiveren van inwoners bij het aflossen van openstaande vorderingen; - Telefonisch en schriftelijk informeren van inwoners over betalingsmogelijkheden; - Beoordelen van verzoeken tot kwijtschelding en het buiten invordering stellen van oninbare vorderingen; - Onderhouden van con...
