Wat breng je mee - Je werkt nauwkeurig en servicegericht; klanten kunnen rekenen op jouw aandacht en kwaliteit; - Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en communiceert duidelijk en vriendelijk; - Je hebt goede basisvaardigheden in Excel en Outlook; - Je beschikt over mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar. Wat ga je doen Als Medewerker Declaratieservice ondersteun je huisartspraktijken door het volledige declaratie- en administratieproces uit handen te nemen, zodat zij zich volledig kunnen focussen op de zorg voor hun patiënten. Het gaat in eerste instantie om een tijdelijke functie tot het einde van het jaar, met kans op verlenging wanneer de werkzaamheden en bezetting daar aanleiding toe geven. - Beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille en verzorgen van het volledige declaratieproces; - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor huisartsen; beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en e-mail; - Je bent de schakel tussen huisartsen en zorgverzekeringen; - Verwerken en controleren van contracten en declaraties; - Afhandelen en uitzoeken van retourinformatie van zorgverzekeraars; - Zorgen voor een correcte en foutloze administratie.
