Je helpt klanten vooruit en houdt je afdeling strak op orde

Je werkt in de doe-het-zelf afdeling waar klanten komen met concrete vragen. Geen vage gesprekken, wel mensen die iets willen oplossen. En jij helpt hen daarbij.

Je adviseert klanten over het assortiment en denkt mee in oplossingen. Dat kan gaan van kleine klusvragen tot grotere projecten. Je hoeft geen expert te zijn in alles, maar je hebt wel interesse en gezond verstand.

Daarnaast zorg je dat je afdeling klopt. Je vult producten aan, controleert leveringen en houdt alles overzichtelijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel vinden wat ze nodig hebben, zonder te zoeken of te twijfelen.

Je kijkt ook kritisch naar de winkelindeling. Kan iets duidelijker? Logischer? Dan pak je dat aan. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor.

Af en toe spring je ook bij aan de kassa. Die afwisseling maakt dat je dag vooruit gaat.
