Word jij onze nieuwe backoffice medewerker Ledenbeheer bij LM Oost-Vlaanderen?

Zorg jij er graag voor dat administratie vlekkeloos verloopt en haal je voldoening uit het uitpluizen van dossiers? Voor de dienst Ledenbeheer op ons hoofdkantoor in Gent zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en leergierige backoffice medewerker. Binnen deze dienst draait alles rond correcte inschrijving en opvolgen van de dossiers van onze leden en ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de regelgeving en onze leden.

Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker Ledenbeheer combineer je een stevige portie administratie met klantvriendelijke communicatie en analytisch denkwerk:

  • Verwerking & Administratie: Je zorgt o.a. voor de inschrijving van nieuwe leden, toekennen van verhoogde tegemoetkomingen, registreren overlijdens enz...
  • Onderzoek & Opvolging: zijn alle wettelijke regels vervuld om rechten te openen in het ziekenfonds
  • Communicatie & Advies: Je bent het betrouwbare aanspreekpunt voor leden én zorgverstrekkers. Je informeert hen helder en professioneel over de wettelijke aspecten van de ziekteverzekering zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk.
  • Kennisdeling: Je bijt je vast in (soms complexe) wetteksten en reglementeringen, interpreteert ze juist en vertaalt deze naar begrijpelijke, hapklare informatie om te delen met je collega's.

  • Leergierige analyticus: Je hebt een brede interesse in de materie van het ziekenfonds. Je leert graag bij en blijft ook op drukke momenten gestructureerd, positief en professioneel.
  • LM-ambassadeur: Je bent (of wordt met plezier) lid van de Liberale Mutualiteit.
