Wat mag je verwachten?

  • € 3.500 – € 4.000 bruto/maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
  • Bedrijfswagen met tankkaart, maaltijdcheques van € 10 per gewerkte dag en verzekeringen.
  • 26 verlofdagen + 6 ADV-dagen bij een 39-urenweek.
  • Een stabiel familiebedrijf met korte communicatielijnen, veel autonomie en een hecht team.

Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker van de dienst na-verkoop ben jij de spilfiguur tussen klanten, techniekers en interne diensten.

  • Je behandelt vragen, klachten en herstellingen na de oplevering van woningen.
  • Je analyseert problemen en zoekt naar haalbare, klantgerichte oplossingen.
  • Je maakt de dagelijkse planning op voor vier techniekers en stemt de afspraken af met klanten.
  • Je volgt offertes, facturen, bestellingen en administratieve dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je stuurt de techniekers aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen over de juiste informatie en materialen beschikt.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht over verschillende lopende dossiers en stelt prioriteiten waar nodig.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiale bouwonderneming met reeds 90 jaar ervaring in het bouwen van huizen en appartementen op de teller.

De medewerkers gaan dagelijks met de glimlach aan de slag door de eigen en unieke bouwmethode die gehanteerd wordt. Werken bij dit bedrijf is duurzaam werken. Ze zijn steeds op zoek naar vakmensen die gepassioneerd bezig zijn met hun vak.

  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector en begrijpt bij voorkeur de technische aspecten van een woning.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en administratief nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans. Ook kennis van het Engels is belangrijk.
  • Je bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht, maar durft ook professioneel grenzen te stellen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt het hoofd koel en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk aandacht vragen.

Een bachelor is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw ervaring, inzicht en persoonlijkheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
