The posting

Een gast die je vriendelijk ontvangt, een bijeenkomst die tot in de puntjes is geregeld of een tentoonstelling die klaarstaat voor bezoekers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Als medewerker dienstverlening bij Tresoar heb je een afwisselende baan waarin gastvrijheid en aanpakken samenkomen.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en helpt achter de schermen om alles goed te laten verlopen. Je werkt samen met collega's en ziet waar jouw hulp nodig is. Zo maak jij iedere dag het verschil voor bezoekers én collega's.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je verwelkomt bezoekers, gasten en pers en zorgt dat iedereen zich direct thuis voelt. • Je maakt zalen klaar voor bijeenkomsten, verzorgt de catering en helpt met audiovisuele apparatuur. • Je stemt reserveringen af met collega's en zorgt dat het gebouw netjes, veilig en verzorgd blijft. • Je helpt bij het opbouwen en afbreken van tentoonstellingen en voert kleine technische werkzaamheden uit in overleg met de gebouwbeheerder. • Je houdt cateringvoorraden bij, maakt koffieautomaten schoon, vult deze bij en controleert snoepautomaten. • Je regelt lunches en hapjes en helpt met het in- en uitruimen van vaatwasmachines. • Je houdt toezicht op de huisregels en draagt bij aan een prettige en veilige omgeving.

Je werkt 36 uur per week en start op 1 november 2026. Je gaat aan de slag tot en met 1 mei 2027, met kans op verlenging. Ook ben je beschikbaar in de avonden en weekenden wanneer er bijeenkomsten zijn.

Functie-eisen: Gastvrijheid zit in jouw karakter. Je vindt het leuk om mensen te ontvangen en krijgt energie van een omgeving waar altijd iets gebeurt. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, denkt in oplossingen en pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op. Ook als het druk wordt, houd jij het hoofd koel. Je werkt graag samen met collega's, bent betrouwbaar en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
