The posting

Voor ons dierencrematorium te Roeselare zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en leergierige medewerker (M/V) om ons team te versterken. Dit kan als flexi.

Takenpakket:

Op maandag en vrijdag: Ondersteuning bureau, dit is vooral telefonisch contact met klanten en dierenartsen - ophalingen inplannen - vervolledigen dossiers

Op donderdag en 1 weekend op 2: Onthaal klanten - Overleden huisdieren wassen en opbaren - Netjes houden van het crematorium - helpende hand zijn waar nodig (o.a. assisteren bij crematies) - basisadministratie

Vereisten:

  • Basiskennis computer (excel, word, outlook)
  • Goede kennis Frans (mondeling én schriftelijk)
  • Goede fysiek (geen rugklachten)
  • Deftig voorkomen
  • Creatief / handig / leergierig / flexibel (bereid om op andere dagen te werken)
  • Op zoek naar een job met veel variatie / bereid nieuwe dingen te leren
  • Netheid / precies werken
  • Wonen in de buurt van Hokaservice (Roeselare) (dit voor de wachtdienst om snel ter plaatse te kunnen zijn indien nodig)
  • Iemand zelfstandig die eveneens goed kan samenwerken in team
  • Empathie voor huisdieren / paarden (indien ervaring met dieren/maneges, des te beter)
  • Beschikbaarheid op korte termijn

Het verlies van een dier is vaak een emotionele gebeurtenis waarbij de eigenaren met veel verdriet achterblijven. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je: kunt omgaan met de emoties van eigenaren van overleden dieren; goed kunt luisteren; geduld en inlevingsvermogen hebt; representatief en respectvol bent; en natuurlijk affiniteit hebt met dieren.

zaterdag: 9u – 13u + wachtdienst weekend (za én zo) (telefonisch en indien nodig ter plaatse)
