Zuyderland Zorgcentra Medewerker Domotica & Zorgtechnologie 32-36 uur per week | FWG 50 | Regio Zuid-Limburg Zorg en technologie verbinden. Dat is jouw uitdaging. Een oproep die niet binnenkomt. Een dwaaldetectiesysteem dat uitvalt. Een zorgmedewerker die niet begrijpt waarom een alarm niet wordt doorgestuurd. Voor jou zijn dit niet zomaar technische storingen. Jij weet dat achter ieder systeem een bewoner, cliënt of medewerker schuilgaat die moet kunnen vertrouwen op technologie. Als Medewerker Domotica & Zorgtechnologie zorg jij ervoor dat onze zorgtechnologische oplossingen betrouwbaar, veilig en beschikbaar zijn. Van personenalarmering en dwaaldetectie tot sensoren, toegangscontrole en zorgoproepsystemen: jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, ICT en zorg. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag los je een storing op een zorglocatie op, de volgende dag werk je mee aan de implementatie van een nieuwe technologie die de zorg nóg beter maakt. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Domotica & Zorgtechnologie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de doorontwikkeling van onze zorgtechnologische systemen. Je: - Installeert, configureert en beheert domotica- en zorgtechnologische systemen. - Analyseert en verhelpt storingen, zowel op locatie als op afstand. - Voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit. - Controleert sensoren, verbindingen, meldingen en systeemfunctionaliteiten. - Ondersteunt en adviseert zorgmedewerkers in het gebruik van zorgtechnologie. - Behandelt meldingen en zorgt voor een correcte registratie van werkzaamheden. - Werkt nauw samen met ICT, technische dienst, leveranciers en zorgmedewerkers. - Draagt bij aan verbeteringen, innovaties en nieuwe technologische toepassingen. - Begeleidt implementaties van nieuwe systemen en functionaliteiten. - Zorgt voor actuele documentatie van configuraties, processen en oplossingen.
