Functieomschrijving Als Medewerker Douane & Customs ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, planners en chauffeurs, voor alle douanezaken omtrent UK en niet-EU-landen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle documentatie op orde is voor een soepel proces en je houdt nauw contact met onze partners en rederijen. Jij denkt in oplossingen, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt als doel: aan het einde van de dag is de inbox leeg en staan alle zendingen klaar voor de overtocht. Dankzij jouw inzet lopen onze internationale transportprocessen soepel en klantgericht. Jouw werkzaamheden op een rij: - Verzorgen en controleren van douanedocumentatie voor transporten naar UK en niet-EU-landen. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, planners en chauffeurs over douanezaken. - Onderhouden van contact met douane, rederijen en andere logistieke partners. - Bewaken van een tijdige en correcte afhandeling van douaneformaliteiten. - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten binnen het douaneproces. - Zorgen voor een efficiënte verwerking van dossiers, zodat zendingen tijdig kunnen vertrekken. - Actief bijdragen aan een soepel en klantgericht internationaal transportproces. Functievereisten - Je hebt MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (administratief); - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal; - Kennis van de Duitse taal is mooi meegenomen; - Bekend met douane processen zoals incoterms, GVMS, ELO's & Portbase; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling; - Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
