Binnen STEF zijn pallets, kratten en andere emballagemiddelen onmisbaar voor onze logistieke dienstverlening. Een correcte registratie en afhandeling hiervan is essentieel. Ben jij administratief sterk, heb je affiniteit met transport en logistiek en houd je graag grip op complexe goederenstromen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Jouw rol Als Medewerker Emballage Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief beheren van de internationale emballagestromen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de emballagesaldi correct worden verwerkt en bewaakt de administratieve afhandeling van retourstromen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen onze internationale planning, transporteurs en andere STEF-vestigingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het administratief boeken van internationale emballagestromen in ons emballage systeem. - Controleren van vrachtbrieven en emballagedocumentatie op volledigheid en juistheid. - Opvragen van ontbrekende vrachtbrieven bij chartervervoerders. - Bewaken, corrigeren en afstemmen van emballagesaldi met interne en externe partijen. - Contact onderhouden met de internationale planning over geplande transporten en geloste emballage. - Uitzoeken en oplossen van emballagevraagstukken. - Beantwoorden van e-mails van collega's, transporteurs en interne afdelingen. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhan...
