Ben je administratief sterk en haal je voldoening uit het correct beheren van data en processen? Wil je werken in een productiebedrijf in Wielsbeke waar je zowel op kantoor als op de werkvloer actief bent? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Jouw taken:

  • Je beheert en onderhoudt productdata, grondstoffen en masterdata binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Je ondersteunt het artikelbeheer en zorgt voor een correcte en up-to-date databank.
  • Je helpt mee bij het opzetten en optimaliseren van stockbeheer en locatiebeheer.
  • Je biedt administratieve en operationele ondersteuning in SAP Business One.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's van de binnendienst bij ERP-gerelateerde vragen.
  • Je werkt mee aan projecten om datakwaliteit en interne processen te verbeteren.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om productieprocessen beter te begrijpen en te ondersteunen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het bestaande ERP-team.
  • Ervaring in administratie en/of een productieomgeving is een plus.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Ervaring met SAP Business One is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt graag zowel op kantoor als op de werkvloer.
