Als Medewerker ERP data team in Wielsbeke speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheren en optimaliseren van product-, artikel- en grondstoffengegevens binnen het ERP-systeem. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak beschikken productie en administratie steeds over betrouwbare informatie.

Je komt terecht in een groeiende KMO met familiale sfeer, waar samenwerking en procesverbetering centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen: - Beheren, controleren en actualiseren van masterdata zoals artikelen, productinformatie en grondstoffen binnen het ERP-systeem. - Optimaliseren van stock- en locatiegegevens zodat informatie snel en correct beschikbaar is. - Ondersteunen van administratieve en productieprocessen via SAP Business One. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor ERP-gerelateerde vragen vanuit de binnendienst en andere afdelingen. - Afwisselen tussen administratieve taken en aanwezigheid op de werkvloer om processen beter te begrijpen. - Meewerken aan verbeteringen binnen datakwaliteit, procedures en ERP-processen in samenwerking met het ERP-team. Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een sterke troef; kennis van SAP Business One is een pluspunt. Een achtergrond in administratie, databeheer of een productieomgeving vormt een meerwaarde. Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist; een leergierige ingesteldheid en technische interesse zijn belangrijk. Werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd met aandacht voor correcte gegevensverwerking. Communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen. Heeft interesse in ERP-systemen, data en het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen. Voelt zich zowel comfortabel achter een bureau als op de werkvloer. Neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over efficiëntere werkwijzen.
