Ben jij nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en krijg je energie van een internationale werkomgeving? Voor onze klant in Hoofddorp zijn wij op zoek naar een medewerker export luchtvracht. Jij zorgt ervoor dat uitgaande luchtvracht goed wordt gepland, voorbereid en op tijd bij de juiste carrier terechtkomt. Medewerker export luchtvracht - Hoofddorp - LBO , MBO , - €15,4 - €15,4 per uur - Fulltime , WAT GA JE DOEN? - Aannemen en verwerken van boekingen en aanvragen vanuit verschillende Europese kantoren. - Zendingen plannen bij verschillende carriers. - ULD's plannen die opgebouwd moeten worden. - Problemen binnen de planning signaleren en oplossen. - Contact onderhouden met klanten wanneer een zending geen vaste allocatie heeft. - Zendingen gereedmaken met onder andere de Master Air Waybill, manifesten en douanedocumentatie. - Nauw samenwerken met de loods over de opbouw en aanlevering van zendingen. - Ervoor zorgen dat zendingen vóór de deadline bij de carriers worden aangeleverd. - Communiceren met interne en externe Gateways binnen Europa. WAT BRENG JIJ MEE? - Minimaal een MBO-diploma, bij voorkeur richting administratie of logistiek. - Ervaring met luchtvracht is een pré; passie voor luchtvracht is vereist. - Bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Kennis van MS Office. - Bereidheid om een VGB B-screening te doorlopen. - Bereidheid om verplichte Schiphol-e-learnings te volgen. - Bereid om mee te werken aan een achtergrond check. WAT HAAL JIJ ERUIT? - €15,40 bruto per uur, exclusief toeslagen. - Na het behalen van alle benodigde certificaten 2,5% extra loon per gewerkt uur. - Maandag t/m vrijdag 19:00-23:00 uur: 130%. - Maandag t/m vrijdag 23:00-06:00 uur: 150%. - Zaterdag: 150%. - Zondag: 200%. - UPS betaalt de kosten voor VGB B, DG 7.2 & 7.4, EPT en heftruck. - Mogelijkheid om aanvullende certificaten te behalen, zoals reachtruck en smalle-gangentru...
