Onze afdeling vervult een belangrijke taak in het verzamelen, verwerken en doelgericht beschikbaar maken van vorderingsdata aan de opsporing. Als medewerker intake & service bij Interceptie & Sensing verwerk je aanvragen voor tapaansluitingen, historische gegevens en doorgeleidingen. Daarnaast: - beheer je de mailbox waarin aanvragen voor gegevens van bijvoorbeeld social mediabedrijven en gaming platformen binnenkomen. Je verwerkt deze aanvragen in de portalen van de aanbieders en koppelt de antwoorden terug naar de opsporingsteams; - verwerk je aanvragen voor tap-, historische gegevens en bijzondere aanbieders voor de Bijzondere Opsporingsdiensten (zoals de FIOD en de Arbeidsinspectie), waarbij je controleert of de standaard aanvragen compleet en correct zijn; - schakel je bij complexere (aan)vragen de hulp van je collega's in; - houd je de voortgang van de verzoeken bij. Het werk vraagt dat je accuraat, nieuwsgierig en administratief sterk bent. Voor al deze werkzaamheden schakel je met partners zoals de interceptiedesken in het land, opsporingsteams en uiteraard je collega's van de afdeling. Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren over de verbetering van aanvragen en de verwerking van verkregen informatie hoort bij al deze processen. Waar ga je werken? De Afdeling Interceptie & Sensing (I&S) is onderdeel van de Eenheid Landelijke Expertise en Operaties (LX) en vervult een belangrijke taak in het verzamelen, verwerken en doelgericht beschikbaar maken van vorderingsdata aan de opsporing. Wij zijn hét SPOC (Single Point of Contact) binnen de politie op het gebied van interceptie en bijzondere aanbieders, zoals social mediabedrijven en gaming platformen. We zetten...
