Functie Wat je gaat doen - Je voert gesprekken met zieke medewerkers aan de hand van een vastgesteld belscript en peilt binnen dat ene gesprek de verwachte duur en de drempels die terugkeer naar werk in de weg staan - zonder medische details vast te leggen, conform de AVG. - Je vertaalt wat je hoort direct naar een sluitend dossier in het HR- en verzuimsysteem, inclusief actiepunten en de eerste kritieke deadlines, zodat niets tussen wal en schip valt. - Je schakelt zelf met de arbodienst voor spoedconsulten en zet waar nodig de providerboog in - fysiotherapie, psychologische of ergonomische interventie. - Je herkent zelf het moment waarop een dossier te complex, te langdurig of te gevoelig wordt voor dit eerste contact, en draagt het gericht over aan de interne verzuimspecialisten of casemanagers. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerker in de eerste week van verzuim - professioneel, maar met oog voor wat er niet hardop wordt gezegd. Organisatie Tata Steel in IJmuiden draait 24/7 door, in een productieomgeving waarin uitval van mensen direct voelbaar is. Verzuim dat te laat wordt opgepakt, loopt hier sneller op dan in een kantooromgeving - vroege, gestructureerde opvolging is dan ook geen formaliteit maar een randvoorwaarde.
