Elk jaar rekenen zo'n 25.000 patiënten op ons als de specialist in geestelijke gezondheidszorg in midden Nederland. Vanuit circa 140 locaties, binnen de thuissetting én online, bieden we specialistische hulp aan mensen met psychische problemen. GGz Centraal doet dit met 3.000 gemotiveerde en betrokken medewerkers, die werken vanuit vier regio's. De functie… In deze veelzijdige en zichtbare functie werk je voor alle collega's en alle locaties van GGz Centraal. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire vragen en meldingen. Dankzij jouw overzicht, digitale vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak kunnen collega's hun werk goed uitvoeren en blijft onze organisatie soepel draaien! Jij zorgt ervoor dat meldingen op de juiste plek terechtkomen, je bewaakt de voortgang en houdt grip op processen. Meldingen hebben o.a. betrekking op de huisvesting, inkoop, reserveringen, wagenpark en eten & drinken. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de melding van vandaag en denk je actief mee over hoe onze dienstverlening slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendiger kan worden ingericht. Onder ander het standaardiseren van facilitaire processen is daarbij een speerpunt.
