Solliciteren voor "Medewerker facilitaire servicedesk" Medewerker facilitaire servicedesk Wat ga je doen? Proficient knowledge of the Dutch language, oral and written, is mandatory for the job. Als medewerker facilitaire servicedesk maak je deel uit van het team Huisvesting en Facilitair. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontvangen, registreren en opvolgen van alle facilitaire meldingen, storingen en klachten die binnenkomen via de facilitaire servicedesk. Je zorgt als medewerker facilitair meldpunt dat meldingen op de juiste manier worden opgepakt, coördineert de werkzaamheden van de huismeester en onderhoudt contact met interne gebruikers en externe leveranciers. Je beheert als frontoffice medewerker facilitair de toegangsrechten en zorgt dat de administratie hiervan actueel blijft. Daarnaast verricht je diverse repro- en postwerkzaamheden. Daarbij houd je als facilitair support medewerker het overzicht en zorg je dat werkzaamheden op tijd en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Naast het uitvoeren van dagelijkse servicedeskwerkzaamheden draag je bij aan het verder professionaliseren van de afdeling. Je denkt mee over het herinrichten van processen, het verbeteren van de structuur van de servicedesk en het optimaal inzetten van ons FMIS systeem (Planon). Je draait mee in de bereikbaarheidsdienst. Tijdens deze dienst kun je te maken krijgen met uiteenlopende situaties waarbij jouw coördinatie nodig is. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer blijkt dat het pand niet kan worden afgesloten omdat het alarmsysteem een storing aangeeft. Jij wordt hierover gebeld. Vaak kun je dit op afstand oplossen in overleg met een externe leverancier. Samengevat: - Ontvangen, registreren en opvolgen van facilitaire meldingen, storingen en klachten; - Aansturen van huismeester en externe leveranciers en zorgen dat werkzaamheden tijdig en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd; - Beheren van toegangsrechten, bijhouden van administratie en uitvoer...
