Als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's, leveranciers en bezoekers zorg jij voor een soepel verloop van alle facilitaire meldingen en verzoeken in TOPdesk. Heb jij een mbo-4 diploma, een servicegerichte instelling en houd je van afwisseling? Je zorgt ervoor dat meldingen goed worden geregistreerd, opgevolgd en afgehandeld. Daarbij houd je contact met klanten en leveranciers en draag je bij aan een prettige en professionele dienstverlening. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire vragen, meldingen en verzoeken. - Je registreert en bewaakt meldingen in TOPdesk en zorgt voor een tijdige afhandeling. - Je onderhoudt contact met collega's, leveranciers en andere betrokkenen over de vo...
