Dat lijkt vanzelfsprekend, maar daar zit vaak een sterke professional achter. In deze functie ben jij die persoon. Als Medewerker Facturatie zorg je ervoor dat financiële processen soepel blijven verlopen. Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig, controleert facturen en ondersteunt klanten en collega's bij vragen over betalingen en administratieve zaken. Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde. Het ene moment controleer je facturen, terwijl je later op de dag schakelt met collega's over openstaande posten of een vraag van een klant beantwoordt. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid blijven de administratieve processen foutloos doorlopen. Werkzaamheden - Verwerken, controleren en verzenden van facturen. - Beantwoorden van vragen over facturen en betalingen. - Bewaken en opvolgen van openstaande posten. - Contact onderhouden met klanten en interne afdelingen. - Overleggen met collega's over lopende dossiers. - Signaleren van fouten, afwijkingen en verbeterkansen. - Bijwerken en beheren van administratieve gegevens. - Ondersteunen van financiële processen binnen de afdeling. - Zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van gegevens.
