Op de facturatieafdeling speel je een belangrijke rol in het administratieve proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen correct worden verwerkt en dat alle bijbehorende documentatie op orde is. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van planning, logistiek en debiteurenbeheer. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Gereedmaken van transport-, export- en douanedocumenten - Verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens over zendingen, zoals aantallen colli en gewichten - Opmaken van facturen aan de hand van verzenddocumenten, prijsafspraken en voorschriften - Voorleggen van facturen ter goedkeuring aan de teamleider facturatie - Controleren en paraferen van inkoopnota's aan de hand van ingevoerde inkoopregels - Afstemmen met manager of inkoper bij afwijkingen - Verwerken van correcties in het geautomatiseerde systeem - Samen zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving Dit krijg je - Brutosalaris tussen € 2.630,- en € 2.990,- per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - Direct contract bij de opdrachtgever - Reiskostenvergoeding volgens regeling - Extra beloning bij positieve bedrijfsresultaten - Opleidings-...
