Jij fungeert als een spin in het web tussen onze collega's van HR Services, Finance en interne commerciële organisatie. Als Medewerker Facturatie en Debiteurenbeheer ben jij dé aangewezen persoon om alles op te pakken met betrekking tot onze debiteuren flow. Jij signaleert openstaande facturen en met jouw gedrevenheid en oplossend vermogen ga je dit met beide handen aanpakken! Op gebied van Debiteurenadministratie controleer je of de gemaakte betaalafspraken met debiteuren goed nageleefd worden. Is de betalingstermijn verstreken en het geld nog niet binnen? Dan zorg jij voor een goede en nette afhandeling van de betalingsachterstanden. Zijn er klachten of verschillen, jij neemt eigenaarschap hierover en lost het op, zodat de klant tot betaling over kan gaan. Jij maakt hiermee het verschil en hebt direct impact op onze cashflow! Daarnaast focus jij je dus ook op het overige facturatieproces. Je stelt facturen op, signaleert discrepanties en lost deze uiteraard ook direct zelf op. Ook hier fungeer je als een belangrijke schakel tussen de interne organisatie en onze opdrachtgevers. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden op alle lagen zijn dus hard nodig. House of Talents bemiddelt tussen de 1500 en 2000 professionals en experts naar vaste banen. Daar horen uiteraard veel back office processen bij die soepel moeten verlopen.
