Concrefy maakt deel uit van Geos Laboratories en is toonaangevend in laboratoriumonderzoek en het testen van bouwmaterialen.

Voor onze vestiging in Venlo zijn we op zoek naar een administratieve collega in Finance/ HR en tevens rechterhand van onze CEO.

Hou jij graag de administratie op orde en vind je het leuk om zowel met cijfers als met mensen te werken? Geos Laboratories in Venlo zoekt een parttime medewerker. In deze afwisselende functie ondersteun je onze financiële administratie en de dagelijkse HR-werkzaamheden.

Wat ga je doen?

Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens correct worden verwerkt, afspraken worden opgevolgd en collega’s kunnen rekenen op een vlotte administratieve ondersteuning. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:

  • Verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Ondersteunen bij betalingen, debiteurenbeheer en financiële overzichten.
  • Bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en verwerken van personeelswijzigingen.
  • Verzamelen en controleren van gegevens voor de salarisadministratie.
  • Ondersteunen bij verlofregistratie, werving en de administratieve voorbereiding van de komst van nieuwe collega’s.
  • Beantwoorden of doorzetten van administratieve vragen van medewerkers.
  • Meedenken over hoe we onze financiële en HR-administratie eenvoudiger en efficiënter kunnen organiseren.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie. Je vindt het prettig om verschillende werkzaamheden af te wisselen en stemt duidelijk af met je collega’s.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een administratieve of financiële opleiding, of relevante werkervaring. Heb je ervaring met financiële administratie en/of HR. (ervaring in beide domeinen is een pluspunt.) Neem je initiatief en volg je openstaande zaken op. Communiceer je helder en toegankelijk.
