Debiteuren, crediteuren, grootboek en btw zijn voor jou bekende termen, want je hebt hier veel ervaring mee. Als Medewerker Financiële Administratie werk je graag met cijfers en houd je van een kloppende administratie. Jij vindt ontwikkeling belangrijk en daagt jezelf uit. Zo draag je bij aan een fijn thuis voor onze huurders. Waar ga je aan de slag? Wij zijn Pré Wonen, een klantgerichte corporatie die voor betaalbare huurwoningen zorgt. Ons hart ligt bij mensen die het echt nodig hebben, omdat zij zelf niet of moeilijk in hun woonbehoefte kunnen voorzien. Voor hen zetten wij ons in. Dat doen we in de regio Haarlem, Beverwijk, Heemskerk, Bloemendaal, Heemstede en Zandvoort. Het team Financiële Administratie bestaat uit 9 medewerkers en een Teamcoördinator. De sfeer is open, direct en informeel. Samen zorgen we voor een goede werkverdeling en dat het werk op tijd afkomt. Er is altijd ruimte voor eigen initiatief en nieuwe ideeën. Wij werken echt als één team samen. Wat ga je doen? Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie. De ene dag zoek je een financiële vraag uit, de andere dag werk je mee aan een maandafsluiting of ondersteun je een project. Zo leer je verschillende onderdelen van het vak kennen en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt veel samen met collega's binnen en buiten het team. Dat zorgt voor afwisseling in je werk en geeft je de kans om de organisatie steeds beter te leren kennen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Verwerken van huurbetalingen en facturen (debiteuren en crediteuren). - Voorbereiden van betalingen. - Uitvoeren van incasso- en excassobatches. - Maken en controleren van financiële overzichten. - Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
