Wat ga je doen? Voor ABN AMRO Verzekeringen in Zwolle zijn we op zoek naar een medewerker financiële administratie. Vanuit de IJsseltoren werk je aan verschillende financiële en administratieve werkzaamheden binnen de polisadministratie. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende dossiers en vraagstukken, waardoor je werkdag er niet iedere dag hetzelfde uitziet. In deze functie houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Het verwerken van financiële mutaties en administratieve gegevens - Het uitzoeken van afwijkingen en onduidelijkheden binnen de administratie - Het controleren van informatie en waar nodig corrigeren of aanvullen hiervan - Het uitvoeren van analyses op financiële en administratieve gegevens - Het behandelen van vraagstukken binnen de polisadministratie - Het leveren van input bij projecten en veranderingen binnen de afdeling - Het delen van je kennis met collega's en meedenken over praktische oplossingen Jouw werkomgeving Je komt terecht in een team waarin verschillende expertises samenkomen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je eigen werkzaamheden, maar hebt regelmatig contact met collega's wanneer een dossier daarom vraagt. Bij werkzaamheden met een vaste opleverdatum stem je onderling af wat er nodig is om alles tijdig af te ronden. De functie wordt voornamelijk vanuit de locatie in Zwolle uitgevoerd. De werktijden vallen binnen reguliere kantooruren. In overleg is het mogelijk om met verschoven werktijden te werken en deels vanuit huis aan de slag te gaan. Wie ben jij?
