Jij maakt het verschil door: - Jouw nauwkeurigheid, betrouwbaarheid en oog voor detail; - Goed contact te onderhouden met leveranciers en collega's over openstaande facturen; - Te zorgen voor tijdige en correcte betalingen; Als Medewerker Financiële Administratie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct verwerken van inkomende facturen en het onderhouden van leveranciersgegevens. Je houdt je bezig met het aanmaken en wijzigen van leveranciers, het coderen en controleren van facturen, en het zorgvuldig matchen van inkoopfacturen aan orders. Verder heb je contact met leveranciers en collega's over openstaande posten en draag je bij aan een nauwkeurige en efficiënte financiële administratie. Je gaat aan de slag bij de afdeling Finance dat bestaat uit ruim 10 collega's. Je werkt vanuit ons gerenoveerde kantoor in Alkmaar en rapporteert aan de teamleider.
